Oscar v19 released and in production
There have been lots of improvements and updates to Oscar with the latest v19.
RAMQ gives a new incentive for Family Docs (Advanced Access)
RAMQ is offering large bonuses to Family Docs if they make a percentage of their urgent appointments available on the PetalHub. The bonuses can be over $20,000, depending on how many appointments they offer. Most physicians already reserve appointments for urgent cases, but that’s not enough. The appointments must be must be posted to the PetalHub to be counted.
Unfortunately, there is no way for Oscar to link to the PetalHub, so if the physicians want the bonus, they will have to switch EMRs.
So far, specialists are still allowed to use whatever EMR they want…
